Do Blunt, Steelman and Kinder want the economic recovery to fail?

Chief GOP strategist Rush Limbaugh said yesterday that "the dirty little secret ... is that every Republican in this country wants Obama to fail, but none of them have the guts to say so; I am willing to say it"

Roy Blunt's political mentor Tom DeLay agrees. When asked to comment on Limbaugh's hope that President Obama's economic recovery strategy fails, DeLay said Limbaugh was "exactly right."

These aren't fringe voices in the Republican Party. They are its ideological core, and say that "every Republican" wants Obama's economic recovery plan to fail.

Do Roy Blunt, Sarah Steelman, Peter Kinder, Charlie Shields, Ron Richard and the rest of the GOP gang agree with Limbaugh and DeLay?  Are they rooting for Obama to fail?
