Vincent To Replace Martin?

Sources in the State Capitol tell Fired Up! that current Director of Revenue Trish Vincent will replace Ed Martin as Chief of Staff.  No word on when Blunt plans to come clean about his personal role in the email destruction scheme in his office and the related character assassination of Scott Eckersley.
