Taking Out the Trash.
As we all know, Matt Blunt loves to take out the trash on Friday afternoons. When he's done something illegal, impolitic, ill-advised or just idiotic that comes to light over the course of a week, his undeniable urge is to blame it on a staff person and then shove the scapegoat out the door just minutes before the weekend hits.
